G-Tech
I was wondering if anyone has used the G-tech pro? The other day I used one for the first time, and in the 1/4 mile mode it said I ran 12.90@ 113.00. How accurate are they?

I'm pretty sure that the G-Tech reads a couple mph high. As far as how accurate it is...It is probably within a couple tenths of your real 1/4 time.

The 113 is really a 108 and 12.9 can be right or a 13.1 to 12.9. You must of hooked up good, with may be a 1.7-1.8 60'. With your your mod's those are great numbers and good driveing.

Too be honest I actually boged, but it was early in the morning and about 65 degrees. Power shifted all the way. I think on a really good day I could pull that 1/4 time, but not the same MPH.

It looks like a small radar detector, and all you do is put it in the middle of your car on the windshield. Then you have too level it off according to the numbers on the screen. And then put it in the 1/4 mile mode and when it says go you go. It uses the motion of your car, and sensors to get the readings. I neverused it at the track just on the street. A friend of mine used it and it was within a tenth. It a really cool if you ask me.

Damn your car is running good.
My Gtech reads RIGHT ON on the ET, and 4mph fast. It reads 111, but I trap 107.
