![]() I can get another deal on a set of heads kind of like the one I got with the holley systemax heads. The only thing is that I'm not sure how well they would work. Here is the info that I've gotten from the machinest that made them. They have hardened seats with bronze guides, 58cc fast burn combustion chambers,3 angle valve job, new springs, locks, screw in studs, manley valves. Midly ported and polished. But my concern is with the size of the valves. The intakes are 1.90 but the exhaust are only 1.50. How well will a car with lots of intake but low exhaust run? They have zero miles on them and the machinest is trust worthy.

![]() So your saying that the heads aren't at a big advantage over a set of stocker ones? Therefore it's better to look for a set that has 1.60 exhaust valves?

![]() if they arent expensive, they're gonna be better than stock... 'specially if they've been ported some... fwiw, the stock exhaust valve is 1.45..
