Question What vehicles have you owned?

My first car was actually a boat w/ wheels- 1978 Ford Elite (nice big back seat)
next was a 1984 Ford Escort Wagon (from one extreme to another)
then 197? Chevy Malibu w/ moonroof (moonroof kicked ***** @ the time)
1991 Ford Ranger (graduation present that I had to pay for.....) traded for........
1988 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 (still have...of course)
1992 Ford Ranger (blah) sold for....
1994 Ford Ranger STX 4x4 (this truck was awesome) sold for..
1994 Ford Explorer Limited (POS!!!!!)

will have to say the Elite was the FUNNEST car ever had....

I got an 88 Ranger when I was 17. Got rid of it fo an 86 F-150 at 19. Sold the F-150 for my stang 2 1/2 yrs ago and last year I picked up a 93 F-150. The stang is by far my favorite, but the 93 F-150 is fun and handles better than anything I have ever driven, ecxept for my friends 98 BMW 323.

First car was a 1984 Buick Century. That one was a big hit with the ladies . Traded that in on a:

1994 Chevy Cavalier (totalled by my Dad in an accident that nearly killed him), took insurance check and paid cash for a

1987 Pontiac Grand Prix (and burned up the local streets with the awesome 305 power before it went south and was swapped for a 350, car was promptly stolen), took insurance check and made down payment on a

1991 5.0 Mustang LX Convertible (stolen), took insurance check and bought a

1998 Mustang GT

In between I also owned a:

1982 Pontiac Grand Prix (which I was given as compensation when an employer went out of business - was to be a project but I sold it to a guy who ran demolition derby for $100)

1982 GMC S-15 Longbed (bought for $500 and tore it apart for the 350, 700-R4, and Edelbrock performer intake housed within, which later went into the 87 Grand Prix)

1983 Datsun 280ZX ($800 commuter car so I could leave the Mustangs at home - sold when I left CA)

Well I'm only 18 but I've already started my list of Mustangs with 2 pretty rare Mustangs.

When I was 17 I owned a 1969 Mustang Mach 1 with a 351-4bbl, 4 speed. Man I miss that car.
I turned 18 and bought a 1979 Mustang Indy 500 Pace Car, it's got a 302-2bbl, 3 speed auto in it. Thing is damn slow but still nice crusin car if it were summer. I hope to sell it come spring time and pick up something alittle quicker. I'm going to be looking for a 1988-1990 Mustang GT, or a Grand National.
I hope I don't get flamed for buying a GM. Aslong as it's domestic I like it.

1988 Red Buick Regal
1990 Maroon Chevy Beretta GTZ
1990 Red Mustang GT
1991 Black Mustang GT
1991 Maroon Mustang GT
1986 Grey Chevy NOVA

1991 Red Mustang GT (Summer only street/stip beast)
1994 Gold Saturn LS2 (A-to-B, work, winter car)
1999 Red F-150 SVT Lightning (Fair weather driver / tow vehicle)

At 144,000 miles my Saturn Sunday night stretched the timing chain and it was slapping the valve cover so hard it broke a long gash threw it four inches long and pushed the aluminum casing up! *sigh* This happened while I was driving on the expressway. Can you say, oil all over?

I've driven the family cars for most of my driving days:

88 Honda Accord - frame rusted out, but engine still ran (dad's)

94(?) Wrangler - we bought it used and when cleaning it out found gay porn in the dash (shudder) It eventually broke down (brother's)

94 Mustang GT - now my girlfriend's little brother's and running strong (dad's)

99 Cobra - garage pony (mine)

02 Wrangler X - you know, I still beat honda's off the line! (i-6) (mine)
