Default holly carb

Why would gas pump out of the vent tubes on both float bowls?
I just replaced the excellorator pump, could I have purchased the wrong one? It looks like the one I pulled, except newer.

Sounds like the needle and seat are stuck. Good old holleys. Take it apart and clean them up, should fix it. Oh, your not running lots fuel pressure are you? This could do the same thing.

The accelerator pump won't affect the fuel level. You either have your floats out of adjustment, or, as mentioned, have a dirty needle and seat, or are running too much fuel pressure.

Take care,
~Chris
