Default Hood latch security cover

Hello All
In a recent issue of 5.0 or MMFF (I forget which), there was a small bit of info on a cover that installs on your hood latch assembly that makes it difficult for a thief to reach under your bumper cover and release your hood. If you have ever tried opening the hood this way on your 87-93 car, you know how easy it is to do. I am not sure how it is set up on the newer cars, but I hope they are better than my 92. With all of the expensive things we put under our hoods, this seemed to be a good idea to me, though I forget the name of the company and can't seem to find the article in my piles of back issues. Any help is appreciated. thank you
