hooking?

After going to the track for the first time a couple weeks ago, I now realize that I have not paid enough attention to what gets the power to the ground...(struts,shocks,springs,tires,etc.) I only managed a 2.2 60' with a best of 9.36@75mph in 1/8. This was with the stock 2.73's before the 3.73's, maf, & pullies. Based on 60' times I've seen, this looks like the best place for me to start improving. Before I can benefit from a heads/cam/intake swap(or with a basically stock setup like I have now for that matter), I know I'll need to upgrade the suspension. For now, I'll stay with the street tires and maybe upgrade to drag radials soon. I'd like to at least get down to 1.xx 60' times with some of the below items. What is the best "hook for the buck" grocery list besides slicks? I know slicks would be at the top of the list, but I would like to get the power to the ground on the street too, not just at the track. Please add to or take away from my list below and maybe stress which ones have worked for you, which ones have not, and which ones probably aren't worth the money. Thanks for any help.
1. welded subframe connectors
2. Lakewood 70/30's in front 50/50's in back
3. Eiback drag launch spring kit
4. Upper & lower rear control arms (Which brands????)
5. Strut tower brace
6. Drag radials (Nitto's?)

Subframes is where I'd start, get rid of some of that flex. Then some attn. to the torque boxes. Have them welded up and possibly add some braces. Then some drag radials. You should notice a considerable difference just with that.
