Default Smog pump

There are several ways of bypassing the smog pump. ..

The easiest way is to install a shorter belt and leave the pump on.

You could also use a smog pump delete which allows you to keep the same belt, but requires installing the actual delete pulley.

Or you could actually remove the smog pump and plug/remove the tubes that it once connected to. If you have to pass emmisions... I suggest leaving them in place and plugging them.

Leave the EGR intact unless you are going to an all out race motor. It is not worth the hassle otherwise.

By the way, why are you removing the smog pump? The gains are minimal and it protects the environment. That is why I TRASHED mine.
