Default carbed victor jr intake

Is anyone using one of these intakes on the street? I am thinking about ordering one but was wondering how bad they hurt bottom end power. My car is more of a track car but I do drive it now and then on the street so let me know what you think. Also would I see an improvement in my e.t. or not with this intake?
