How do I tell if I have a stock Cam
 

I pulled the cam out of my 89 GT and I'm not sure if it's stock or not.
Since I bought the car used I have no way of telling.
The markings on the end are "1L2" "EA" and an "M" 180 degrees apart
Can anyone tell me if it is stock?
