How do you know if the 99 Cobra has been "Fixed"?
 

A buddy of mine called me this morning and aksed about this 99 Cobra he is looking at. He said it had 35K, stock and they were asking $15,900. Did not sound to hatful to me. Anyway, I told him to make sure it had the power fix and he asked how can you tell. So the question is, is there a sticker or something this guy can look for to make sure the fix has been compleated? Can he copy the VIN and call Ford or something? Let me know.

I thought there was a sticker under the hood somewhere. Has he looked around under the hood for it? You may also want to check out some of the Cobra sites or SVT for a more definitive answer. But, from what I can recall, there should be some sort of 'offical' Ford sticker under the hood explaining the mods.
