Default How does lobe seperation affect drivabilty?

Using Dyno 2000, the closest model of my motor makes more power and torque with Lun-51027 218/222 @ .050 .509/.509 lift, verses TF #1 cam, 221/225 .499/.510.
Peak power is minimal but the Lunati (which is a holley systemaxII cam) makes 10-12 more FT. Lbs. of torque between 2000-4000 RPM.
I don't really understand cam math but I have both, my concern is the Lunati cam has a 107* lsa Vs 112* on the Trick Flow cam.
Which is more streetable? I was told the 107 will have a rough idle?

Rebuild consists of new eagle rods, forged pistons, .030 stock block, stock crank (all balanced).AFR 165's, performer intake, 65mm TB, 73mm mass air, 24# injectors, 1 3/4 longtubes, 100-150 shot of spray and WHICH CAM??????????

HELP!!!
Thanks
Wes
