Post How does this sound?

What's goin on everyone. I was wondering what kinds of improvement I could expect from these mods and if they sound right together...A shift kit(transGO), a torque converter(not sure what brand yet, open to suggestions) and an exhaust system...maybe american thunder...but what's the difference between that and say an Aftermarket exhaust system...I have no clue some1 help me out...thanx in advance.

when my car was still an AOD i was looking to get a good converter for it because i had heard that a nice converter is close to the best upgrade you can do to an AOD car, well i went the cheap route and got a "2800 stall" from a shop in Indy, needless to say it sucked, only was about 250-300 more rpm stall than stock, so i kicked myself for not getting a good one, by far the best one you can get is the PI stallion, although it is close to $700, but i've read numerous replies about them and people LOVE them, I believe B&M makes one thats cheaper and so does Art Carr, any of a good brand you'll enjoy, you'll want to add a tranny cooler at the same time because nonlockup comnverters create more heat in the tranny
you got the right shift kit picked out with the transGo
get a 2.5" offroad h-pipe if emmisions permit and a good 2.5"aftermarket catback system (flowmaster, dynomax, mac, borla) anyone would be sufficient

with all this (and if you opt for a high dollar converter) you should be running high 13's depending on the shape of your motor/driving ability/ traction/weather
now go out there and spend some cash
good luck
