Question how fast?

I'm getting anxious with all these parts laying around, any guesstimates on how fast my car should be.
'89' conv. GT 393ci. 10.7:1 cr., flat tappet hyd. camshaft 250 256 dur.@.050 554 558 lift, port matched new style TFS Street Heat heads w/2.08in. 1.64ex. valves, port matched TFS R intake, 75mm t-body, 80mm MAF, 38lb inj., 1 3/4" hooker lt's, Dynamic Racing C4 w/10" 3000rpm conv, 8.8 w/3.73's. Computer tuning will be done by Alternative Auto, i'm looking for a solid 11 sec. car on motor, do you think i'm there?
