How Much $???????

How much should i expect to pay for an 1960 Mustang Coupe with no Nothing under the hood, no interior or trans??? It has no rust and original paint(needs new paint). I live in Canada so If u know what i can expect to pay in canadian dollars could you please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

i would gues that it would be worth $750,000 american and about 1.25 million in canadien cash.
Must be a 1-of-a-kind though
Stangs werent produced til april '64

I wouldn't pay more than $900 US dollars for it. I bought my 65 GT coupe for $1000 dollars. It had a mildly built 302, c-4 trans with shift kit, power sterring and AC. The exterior was a little rough, but body work is a lot cheaper than engine work. Heck it even chirped second. I think I found one of those hard to find deals.

Well, where I live the belly of the car rusts fast and I dont think I can afford to get alot of body work done. The engine doesnt matter to me because my cousin gave me his 1992 302 with all the electronics(he swaped for a 351). He also gave me everything from the trans to the rear end.

well all i have to tell you is that make sure the torque boxes as well as the rest of the underbody including the trunk bottom, and the shock towers are in good condition, outside bodywork is cheaper than engine work like said before but i had a 68 that needed alot of underbody work that was quoted at $3400, that kinda money could get you a damn nice fox body, or a blower if you've already got one http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/smile.gif

Sorry for bustin your balls...couldn't pass it up.
Well, Did you break down the build tag or VIN code??
Like what did it come w/ and colors..int/ext.
That can make a big difference if it is 1 of 500 or 1 of 15,000
there were some colors in '69 that were very rare....specifically the "grabber" colors
I looked at a '65 fastback about 3 months ago
that was called a project car......i live in cali but came from detroit area for 30 years.
This car was not a "project"...it was an abortion.
If the body is really clean....no major damage and stuff......a grand isn't a bad deal.
Could be worth a lot more or a little less depending on history.
