well all i have to tell you is that make sure the torque boxes as well as the rest of the underbody including the trunk bottom, and the shock towers are in good condition, outside bodywork is cheaper than engine work like said before but i had a 68 that needed alot of underbody work that was quoted at $3400, that kinda money could get you a damn nice fox body, or a blower if you've already got one
