rob90gt- The Edelbrock Performer RPM package is great. I have the cam/lifter kit, intake, carb, and timing chain. I run the stock 351W heads though. It still runs great without the RPM heads, but you can tell that they are holding you back. The RPM range is supposed to be 1500-6500. I can tach mine up to about 1500 in first gear and romp on it and squeel my tires, they usually don't bust loose, but they squeel. But you can tell in the upper RPMs that the stock heads suck. Once you hit 5000 RPM you can feel a very slight drop off, but then it drops off a bit more at 5500. I shift at 5500 RPM and about 55-60 mph, (3:1 gears suck), into 2nd and 5000 into 3rd. The 1-2 shift feels awesome with the C4. It really kicks hard. I don't think anyone put a shift kit in my car before I got it, but I'm not positive. It shifts really quick and I like it a lot. I'd rather have a TopLoader though. With some 3.89s. But a C4 with 3.70s will be fine. I should run low 14s--14.2-14.4 once I get my 3.70s. If I got those RPM heads, it would take about a second off my ET. Oh man, I can't wait till I get some $$$.

Yeah! And when you do, Create a realistic timeframe and plan for yourself. Get a nice cellphone plan w/unlimited long distance. Call many people all over the country and get various opinions. Don't believe everything you hear. Make sure to Get Chilton's manuals, Ford Windsor Engine Performane, etc. and read, read, read. That's where the real info. comes from.
