Thumbs up killer NOS

whats up all you mustang lovers!!!!
i have a 94GT with about 80,000 miles
3.73's, ram-air induction, superchip, mac shorties, pro-chamber h-pipe, flowmsters, mac pulleys. i want NOS. i dont want it to fry my engine though. i know it kills your engine depending on how much you use it, but is there a set up that will not harm my engine? something about directly from the manifold? (not sure), and should i go with a 65mm or 70mm throttle body? thanx.
