Question Headers

I've got a set of BBK chrome headers and there starting to get discolored and tiny spots of rut showing on the bottom side of them . What can I use to bring back the chrome shine and take the rust off? Any help?

I hate chrome headers, because they get discolored just like is happenning to you. you can have headers jett coated, which prevents this from happenning. You might try contacting a company that performs this, and see if they can retore them as well as coat them. I bet they would be able to.

Question What's up with that?

Hey! Since you only have a few posts would you mind changing your name to a more original one? So we won't get confused with each other. Anyway, get them Jet-hot coated.

You can use an " S.O.S. " pad to get rid of the rust spots, but the dis-coloration is there to stay.

you CAN use an S.O.S (steel wool) pad but rust will just come right back. and when you use steel wool you put scratches in the finish and potentially cause more rust...

take care,
adam
