Sounds like a good combo. When you get the heads on, your car will wake up, that's for sure. TFS emailed me saying that combo is worth 340hp on engine depending on tune.

Greco- you ran some good times already didn't you, if memory serves me right you ran like a 13.6 at 100mph or something didn't you? What are you hoping to run with the heads?
I must throw my opinion in on your head selection, I personally wouldn't go with the TF heads. They flow good numbers, allow use of a 2.02 valve with stock pistons, and are relatively cheap, BUT... they have had tons of problems in the past with valve guides resulting in dropping a valve into the chamber, and although many claim they have corrected the problems by using better valve guides and such, my cousin recently spoke with Mr. Jim Belle from Kenne Bell SC's and he said that they have torn down quite a few 302's with the "new" tristed wedge head, and after only 10K miles, they all showed valve guide wear. This is just what I've heard, it may not be the case, but I would be a little cautious of them if I were you. That is why I bought the AFR 165 heads, they flow just a hair better than the TF's, are CNC ported, and are made great. If you still decide to go with TF's, I'd call Dave at JD's Performance as he sells the TF's for a great price and he is a great guy to deal with, I got my AFR's from him as well as a few other things.

Your car should make 320 at the wheels with those heads added.

For the record I have not had a problem with any TW heads that I have torn down.

Also, not to flame but Jim Belle knows as much about TW heads as i do nuclear reactors.... NOT MUCH.

The E cam does have a lopey idle, but its about the same as my F cam. I know as my best friend and my brother have E cams.

If you get the TW heads, make sure you get them from someone that upgrades the springs and valve guides. That'll avoid the problems with the TFS heads.

Cool

My E303 is very lopey! It makes a beautiful sound. Looks like you're real quick from the start(60' time, TW street, 3.73's).....then die out a bit (i.e. 1/4 time) due to the stock/ported heads. Once you get a nice set in there, I think you'll be in the mid-high 12's. Heads make a BIG difference - you'll see.
