![]() I was wondering if 13s are possible with this setup.
Car: 1989 LX 5.0 Tranny: AOD w/ 2400 stall converter, and B&M shift kit Intake: 93 Cobra upper and lower, Mac cold air kit (fenderwell), 70mm 93 Cobra Mass air Meter, 65mm BBK throttle body, Exhaust: Light porting and 3 angle valve job on heads, Mac 1 5/8" shorty headers, Flowmaster catback. Other: 93 Cobra Cam, BFGoodrich Drag Radials. Fuel: 110 lph pump, 24 lb Injectors. If 13s aren't possible, what would it run, and what would the mph be???

![]() ditch the cobra cam, it's the worst cam ever installed in a fox body. Even a stock 5.0 cam would be better.
Also what gears do you have? Is it a hatchback or a notch?

![]() I'd say its possible, though it would be easier with a 5 speed. I ran a 13.9 with the stock long block, 3:73's, underdrive pullies, 2 1/2" full exhaust w/ unequal shorties, 73mm maf, 65mm tb, and LCA's and I had room for better times with better driving. But i have a 5 speed too.
