|  Hurst (Competition Plus) Shifter? Hello, I was looking at the Hurst shifters. I heard they are pretty good. Does anyone have the competition plus shifter? What do you think of it? Any pictures of it installed? Anything else I should know? (I heard it comes with the console stuff needed and the knob....would this also be accurate?) Any other random comments / opinions?
