I NEED ADVICE FOR MY ENGINE????

Hey guys, i just bought a '79 F-150 coustom it has the stock 460 in it :-), but it lacks how can i say this.....BALLZ!!! i need gearing advice some exhaust tips and mabey some cam help 2 thanks all.
