![]() i ran an identical time of 14.2 at 98 mph last year. I believe we have the same set up except mine is a standard. I dont have any sub frame connectors though. Do you think any suspension things done will decrease 1/4 mile times? I am completely stock suspension wise.
PS Im waiting to use my 80 hp shot of NOS soon. Hopefuly I will reach mid 13's!

![]() No, my GT is a two tone blue/grey conv. I was getting out of my car at big y, heading into work and i saw your car driving and then turn right on the street where Jiffy Lube is. I'm pretty sure it was your car.

![]() My best 60ft time was 2.24 or somewhere in that range i believe. On my first run, . It was a 14.62@95.8, but that was because I was a little nevious being my first time at the track and I didn't shift good at all. My best run, I did the 1-D-1 shift and I managed to pull off a 14.24@97.6. Don't ask me how I did. Lucky I guess. I was kind of shocked myself, and so was my friend. Oh and I forgot to mention in my first post that I also have 70mm mas air, 30lb injectors, a 65mm throttle body, and an electric fan. So those little mods probably helped a bit :-)

![]() I have my actual times from the slip here. I ran a 14.204 at 99.77 mph. My short time was 2.302. Do these times sound good with stock suspension and everything listed in my sig? What is the cheapest suspension mod to do first that will help ET times? Thanks!

![]() 30lb injectors on a nearly stock car? rip those things off as soon as you can!
Unless you have your fuel pressure turned WAYYYYYYY down then your car has to be running extremely rich. I pretty much guarantee quicker ET's with stock injectors back on there. (dont forget you need a stock calibrated mass air sensor too) nonetheless, those are absolutely amazing times considering your mods and expecially that horrible 2.24 60ft time. Get that thing down to the 1.9-2.0 area and you'll see atleast 13.9's 1jimmy__d, i'm not sure if they count as suspension, but a set of slicks will be by far the cheapest mod to help your ET. Every 1 tenth better in the 60ft is ATLEAST 2 tenths better in the 1/4. Some will argue that nitrous is the biggest bang for the buck, but if you cant put that extra power to the ground then whats the point? my advice is to get slicks AND nitrous, and shoot for 12's! ![]()

![]() Yeah the car does run kind of weird.... But its FAST! Mustangs Unlimited told me "I HAD" to have 30lb injectors in order to have my 70mm Mass air. Is there a way to re-calibrate the mass air so it will work with my stock 19lb injectors???

![]() Mustangs Unlimited said that? Are you running the Motorsport meter? I have a Pro M and am still using the stock 19 lbers. The Motorsport meter only comes in 30 lb form from Mustangs Unlimited, so thats probably why they said that.

![]() Pro-M's and most aftermarket mass air meters can be calibrated for any size injector you wish. I'm not sure if the one you have can be re-calibrated or not.

![]() YEA YOU CAN SEND IT TO THEM AND THEY CAN RECALIBRATE IT FOR YOU THE PRO-M IS CALIBRATED THROUGH THE ELECTRNICS ON TOP WHILE OTHER BRANDS LIKE C&M USE DIFFERENT SAMPLE TUBES FOR CALIBRATION.
