Default i need head!!!!!!

So this spring im planning on purchasing new heads, and ive looked into Ford Motorsports, Edelbrock, and Trick Flow. i am completly lost on what i need. iron or aluminum? 1.90 or 2.02 valves? i know trick flow has a new head that has 2.02 valves that dont require notched pistons, but those sound a little too big for my car. so what size and kind and iron or alum would you recomend to my car?????? who has the best results for hp.
also im using the car for weekend driving mostly, not strictly race. so what would be my best bet?
