Well that fox-intake probably fits under sn95's sleakier hood without that strut brace, but the main reason ford came up with new 94-95 cobra intake was because the older one did not fit under sn95's "hood". I'm just guessing, but i believe fox intake fits also if you remove that strut tower brace from sn95, not the hood.
What comes to those flow numbers, let me quote Steve Turner in his "How to tune & modify your 5.0 mustang" book. "With the debut of the SN95 Mustangs in 1994, Ford revised the Cobra upper to fit under the Mustang's sleek new hood. The changes included reduced height, a curved throttle body inlet, and, for its use on the 1995 cobra R, a larger plenum area. Despite these changes, the 94-95 Cobra intake flows right with its sibling and the GT-40."
(I hope I didn't break any copyright laws)
But thats just Steve, I don't have any subjective experience on that myself.
