Question Torque Converter-Which is rifgt for me?

Ok here goes. I have abasically stock 86 GT, only basic bolt on mods. I am in the process of putting a C-4 in it.(Yanked the spent T-5. Anybody need one?) I want the car to have a little bit more than factory stall, say foot brake at 200-400 above factory. What would be the best converter. Do I need more stall. Also plan on NOS at some point.(100 HP shot max)Car will have K&N, H-pipe, flowmasters, underdrive pulleys, 3.73 gears. Thanks in advance.
