Idle Help!
When i start my car when its cold, like in the morning, it will start right up and drop down to about 750 rpms and idle good. When I start it after it has been drivin and is still warm, the idle will jump up and then fall to about 500, trying to stall the engine. It will then rise to 750 again. Why is it doing this?

Dirty idle air bypass valve maybe? Do you have mods - a cam maybe? I was having so many problems with my idle that I just used the throttle screw to set the idle about 900 rpm, egged out the TPS screw holes so I could set the TPS reading to .95 volts and haven't had any surging idle problems since.
