idle high
I have a problem. It idles a about 1400 rpm all the time. I have replaced the tps and egr valve. I have cleand the black and white clips on the back of the intake and nothing has happened. I have cleaned the throttle body out. That made it run smoother, but the idle is still there.

Have you tried adjusting the idle down manually?

follow the idle cable to the throttle body and look where it connects, there is an idler screw that is adjustable where it is attached to the TB. Simply turb ut to the right to increase and in your case turn it counterclockwise to decrease idle. Sorry I don't have a picture for you. If you still can't find it, have some one puch the gas pedal while you are lokking under the hood and you will see where the cable is and where it rests on the screw. Good luck.
