Default is it worth my while?

I have a 1994 Mustang Gt with a 5.0 L HO Engine. I was thinkin of putting new headers, exuast, cams, and pulleys into the car. Would these performance parts be worth my while and does anyone have any recomendations for any brands that i might want to put in that would work good with this type of setup.

I'd say go with new exhaust- Headers/x-pipe/flowmasters and a set of 3.73 gears. It'll sound tough and be noticibly faster. For the money I'd probably go with BBK shorty headers/BBK x-pipe and Flowmaster 2 chambers/ 2 1-2" tailpipes.

IMO as for cam, unless u add matched intake and heads, i would not bother

full exhaust, gears, and pulleys sound good to me and would not have to be changed with future mods

BBK headers, BBK off-road H-pipe, and your choice of cat-back. I'd also throw in a set of 3.73 gears, 4.10's if you've got a auto.

Bagh, cams are overrated, I trapped 120.30 on a stock cam

Get a new Intake instead, easier to install IMO

"Ride: Want one? 5 bucks please "

Lol if you were local I would probably buy a ride or two.

I wish I would have stayed with the stock cam. The E cam sucks balls.

Cool

Go with a long tube 1 1/2 header, off road H pipe, and Quikflows. Race pully at the crank, K & N filter, Also start taking weight off.

Stay away from the cam on your 1994 unless you want to get a chip to go along with it. The 94/95 computers suck balls, mine was nothing but problems until I bit the bullet and had a chip burned for me.

Do the exhaust route for now, but stay away from the cam. Just trust me on this

since owning a 95 myslef, I say hold off on the cam until you have money for the heads and intake. also depending on the cam you go with, more than likely your car might want a tune. Our computers suck ass!

I post on cafords every once in a while. I haven't actually had much time to post on any boards for the past couple of months. I moved and then for some odd reason my job just got super busy... this is the first day in a while that I have actually had time to post.

I didn't know about wcfords.com but I'll have to check them out.

Oh and I checked out your profile and saw your pics. I have a 94 with the same paint, but stocker tri-spoke wheels and a different hood.

Your EEC is very finicky about cam changes. I can port your lower intake for ~$130 with mailing included and get that anemic stock lower to flow ~200cfm rather than the stock 140-150cfm. Adds 10-15HP and 15-20 lb-ft. Paste the link in my signature for more info. Those flow numbers were verified on a SF600 bench.
