Default Idle\Throttle problems

My car likes to idle near 2,000 rpm and even when driving it tries to pull itself up to that speed even if I am wanting to be below that. It doesn't always do this but it does seem like it may be more consitent (as far as staying at 2,000) at hotter temperatures.

I set my TPS, cleaned the IAB, replaced the computer (which I though was the problem), and checked my ECT. I may go double check the ECT since the problem may be somewhat temperature related. I can apply current to my IAB and it moves back and forth fine, but is it possible that even though it moves, it is out of range and needs to be replaced?

What other things can I look at? This one has got me stumped.
