Default Ignition

What ignition would setup would provide the best possible spark output for a very modified 5.0 ? What type of spark plugs also.... I am looking to replace the coil and distr. and sparkplugs

MSD all the way!! Msd pro-billet distributor, msd 6al with blaster 2 coil, any spark plug will do.

So many people run MSD and I never hear complaints. It is good.
