Don't let them screw you. If you cannot get anywhere with Coast, contact the better business bureau in your area. You can find them on the web and get info about a regional office that will take your claim. They have been a great help to me in the past. Brent's statement will be key to you getting things resolved. If it were me, I would push to send everything back at their expense, get your full refund, and take your business to another shop.
