We've got the motor broken in,and ready to install the Vortec T-trim (8lbs boost). We're upgrading the fuel system to an aeromotive kit. What size injectors will we need for the following combo? We've been looking at 60lb. Also, what are the best injectors to use UPR?

42# injectors at a minimum. I would probably go one step above the 42#ers just to be safe.

			Sounds like fun.

You won't make 600 on a T-Trim at 8 psi of boost. At 600rwhp though I'd be thinking nothing but 60# injectors. For your combination with 8 psi of boost, 42# injectors will be OK and you'll be looking at more like 450rwhp, maybe a little more.

Our goal is 600-650 RWHP. I've heard something about low impedence high impedence injectors. Haven't really pieced all this together yet. Something about > 42lb injectors you'll have to put some sort of impedence matching box between the injectors and the computer.

Also, my son just corrected me the T-trim is setup for 10lb of boost. This is truly a father son project.

You'll want to stick with high impedence injectors...ala factory style. 60# injectors will support the HP level you're seeking. However, just as a point of reference, we finished a project not long ago with a 2004 Cobra, KB Blowzilla (2400 cfm) at 17 pounds of boost tuned out nicely at 577 RWHP. The T-trim at 1200cfm and 8 psi of boost on that 331 bottom end is going to net about about 450 at the wheels. 10 psi will get you in the 475range. You'll need 15 psi to crack the 500 level.
