So what consumes more HP:
1. a 75 amp fan and it's drain on the alternator (taken into account the larger alternator necessary too)
2. The clutch fan assembly.
I'm all about lightening the load to the motor and making everything spin easier. I really dont supposed that an underdriven stock alternator is anywhere up to the task. How about low speed with the stocker?...
