Post Installing an h pipe?

Got a question...I plan on installing an off road h-pipe on my 94 GT...I have no exhaust mods except 2 1/4" flowmasters...I also wanna ditch the stock cats because there are no smog regs where I live but I'm not sure what to get...What do you guys suggest? Thanks for the help!
