Arrow Installing Tremec 3550 & King Cobra clutch - Any tips?

Well, I ordered it. Here is what is going into my baby this weekend:

Tremec 3550 (will be running GM Syncomesh fluid)
McCleod Steel Bellhousing
King Cobra clutch and pressure plate
Fidanza aluminum flywheel

Does anyone have any tips/pointers on this installation? I have never installed a tranny before, so this all new territory for me. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Here are a few questions that come to mind thus far:

1) When installing the flywheel bolts (they are new from Ford) can I use a air-impact gun or do I need to tighten by hand?

2) The instructions that came with the clutch say to spray everything (all clutch parts and flywheel) with brake cleaner...does this sound correct?

3) Should I get a new pilot bearing? If so, how do I install it? Does the old one just "pop" out?

Thanks, E
