Default installing shift kit

I'm thinking about ordering a B&M shift kit and installing it myself but
when it comes to automatic trannys, I don't know didley squat.
Is this something, like myself, can install without screwing anything up?
I understand that it's pretty much dropping the pan and VB and putting it back in place. Is this something I could do in about an hour or so without trouble?
