Default Is this Stroker short block good??

Anyone ever heard of Wynne Racing Engines? I saw an add in my Mustang mag for a 331 short block for $2495. Anyone know of any past problems with these guys? This kit comes with: 4340 Steel Crank, H-Beam Rods, SRP Pistons, JE Rings, Clevite Bearings, Timing Chain, Oil Pump, and Camshaft of choice. It doesnt really say anything about block machining as far as what all is done. The only ones that I have really read on is the D.S.S Racing strokers. Any suggestions??
