Post intake manifold selection

Hi all. I have a 351W stroked to a 427 in my 66 coupe with a Holley 750. I put a Weiand Stealth intake manifold for stock hood clearance.

The dyno shows that my peak torque is 400 ft-lbs at 3500rpm, Peak horsepower is 366 from 5k to 5.5k. I shift at 6k. I was thinking of getting a more aggressive intake manifold, like a Victor Jr., to move the torque curve up in the rpm range and bring up the peak hp, as well as re-jet the carb, which is currently stock. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
