Default 351W FI Intakes

Need some info on intakes for 351 W. What intakes will fit, Cobra, GT-40...
Anyone know where I can find a used set up? Would like it to include fuel rails, injectors, TB etc.

Any info on this subject would really help.

The Cobra and GT-40 will work on a 351 if you use the proper lower manifold from FRPP. Edelbrock makes a Victor EFI manifold kit for a 351W. I am using the Trick Flow R 351 manifold kit, it was highly recomended by Ron at Foxlake Power products. There are others out there but those are the most common I believe. You can use stock fuel rails but the hoses need to be cut off and replaced with longer pieces, due to the wider 351.

I would say check the for sale forum on this site for used parts, you may get lucky. Hope this helps a little.

So, for clearification. The lower intake will not work but the upper will. So I could use my stock upper intake and all the parts? I know I will upgrade in the future, I am just looking to get this thing on the road for now.
What trans are you running? I have an AOD, do I need to do anything to it to handle the extra cubes?
Thank-you for all your help!

The lower intake on a 351W is wider due to the taller deck hieght. If your talking about using your stock 5.0 upper I dont think there is a lower that is compatible for a 351W, but I could be wrong. All the other parts as in injectors, sensors, rails(w/ slight mod. to the hoses), harness, etc. will work. Niether your lower or upper will work. I am running a C4 trans, I think your trans will be fine as long as you keep the HP/TQ level down, but what fun is that?
