She's ALIVE......she's ALIVE!!!!!!! up and runnin
Ok guys, I finally have my motor, heads, and Intake back in and she is runnin. I can't wait to get it broken in, I can feel the power wanting to let loose, my foot is very heave....but disciplined I kinda got on it a little up to about 3K and MAN.....torque, torque, torque.
I just thought I would let you guys know that is is running and I willkep you posted. I am hoping to have it broken in by mid November....I am going to drive to Dallas every weekend to pile the miles on (700 mi round trip) So hopefully sooner. Here are my bench flow numbers off of my ported TFS heads....not quite what I was hoping for, but it will do. .100 78/62 .200 146/133 .300 214/171 .400 261/201 .500 280/216 .600 287/225 I was wanting about 290-300, but I don't think I would have made that much more power. My intake now flows 272 cfm in 28" and is matched up to my heads on the Intake ports. until next time... ------------------ Dustin 89 Saleen GT Sport,347, TFS Street Heat Intake(port matched),TFS TW Heads(Stage 2),TFS #2 cam,BD-11A 9 psi,Crane 1.6 rr's,BBK 70mm TB,Pro-M 80mm MAF,MSD 6BTM, FMS 9mm wires,BBK longtubes,BBK Short H-pipe,American Thunder cat back,3.55's 12.3@119 street tires OLD MOTOR 11.496@121.08slicks OLD MOTOR |

Hey man what the good word. YOu got that thing broke in yet or what. We want some timeslips as soon as you go to the track. After you get this combo in you could a 15 0shot and a blower and have one hell of a power plant.

He already has a supercharger, smart one. ;o) And I think a 150 shot+his estimated 550rwhp would be a bit of a strain.
