|  JMS custom chip order I finally ordered a JMS chip for my car. I'm really hoping that it will help with all of the pinging at WOT and POT that I have been experiencing. Are these chips that much better than Superchips, Hyperchips, etc.? Is it easy to install? Does anyone else out there have similar mods along with a JMS chip that can tell me about the effects it had on their stang. Last question: He said that he would make the car shift firmer. |  You should have told them about the Shift kit. Because in the Transgo kit you can up the line pressure. The Chip will also try and up the line pressure. | I was sure to make him aware that I had a Transgo Shift Kit. So since the Trango is set at medium shifting and has increased the line pressure and the chip will be increasing the line pressure, will this basically make the car shift twice as hard or will he take into account the pressure put on already by the shift and make it shift just hard; and not twice as hard.
