Wire it with the supplied thermostat, if you have it running all the time it is no gain since now your alternator is running always under a load which takes more horsepower to rotate. The other thing is with a good radiator your fan will probably never cycle when moving and if you do keep the fan running your car could possibly never come out of the rich/cold/start program when it is under 75 or so degrees outside.
I have such a big radiator with a 180 degree thrmostat my car was staying in rich mode even on a 85 degree day. I changed to a 192 thermostat and my fuel mileage increased 3 mpg you would be doing the same thing if you run the fan all the time, plus what is the life hours of that fan you could have the thing used up within a year and I am sure the manufacture did not make the fan motor to have 100% cycle with out a cool down.
