Have you had the Nitto's for a while, or are you new to them? Assuming you are new- you have to burn the heck out of them. With 4:10's you need at least a 2nd gear burn, but with that kind of power, I'd try for a 3rd gear burnout, once the smoke starts count to five, then you're golden! These tires do not hook unless they are blazing hot, you don't need to kill them though, just get them good and hot. I try for 6-8 seconds from the tire I start them spinning till I shut them down. I have more traction than I can use! The car bogs on a 4000rpm launch if the temps are hot out.
