Hummm. You can make it happen if your driving and rock the car left and right with the wheel? Have you gotten underneath and looked around. Check out the sway bar, bushings, endlinks for anything loose or damaged. Another thing you might want to try is, jack the car up on one side by the A arm till the tire is off the ground. Then see if you can wiggle the tire, back and forth, side to side etc. Then repeat for other side. See what happenes, it could be anything that you have over looked. Good luck!
