Line Lock Help

I am presently about to undergo the task of installing my b&m line lock. i was just wondering if there are any tips or tricks to installing it. Does it make a difference if the line lock is between the proportioning valve and the master cylinder or does it have to go after the proportioning valve. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I put mine before. I just spliced it in and it took about 1 hour.

Ugh, it's driving me nuts... and I will keep looking, but there was a website I foudn a couple weeks ago .. some guy's website about his drag racing team.. and he had some awsome articles on swapping out gears and installing a line lock system... I'll let you know if I find it.. it was a red and yellow mustang if that helps anyone remember it... ugh... ah well..

So its ok to put it in before the proportioning valve? That way it should be a bunch easier to install it. That way i dont have to try to fuss with the brake line to the front tires and i can just yank the one from the master cylinder and put the linelock in between.

Sorry I don't remember which way, but it does matter with NHRA tech. Somthing to do with bleed over in the proportioning valve, If I remember, after its used, it will take few pedal pumps to make it work again. Not good. I recomend you check it out.
