Default who runs a high pressure/volume pump??

ive had nothing but trouble with high pressure and volume oil pumps with EFI..oil allways getting in the intake till i modified some things..
im going to carbed now and i was just ganna put a couple breathers on the valves and run the pvc to one of them..should i go back to a reg FMS pump or should i keep my high pressure in there?in the last i would have still have a lil oil steam comming from the breather in the EFI setup..will i ahev the same prob now?

I've run a HV pump, but have gone back to a stock volume pump. The HV would suck my Canton pan dry of 6 quarts by the big end and really didn't provide any benefit. I just don't see a need in it if all your clearances are set up correctly to insure good oiling. The HV will just pump extra oil to the top of the motor and drag down the motor with the extra power needed to pump the extra volume.
