Post Stuttering

Ok, for the past couple of weeks, my car has been acting a bit odd. When I am stopped at a light it tends to shake sparadically and it makes a ticking sound usually when it shakes. Also after driving it for about fifteen minutes, it stutters pretty bad at low rpms but goes away when i hit the gas a bit harder. I have absolutely no clue what is going on. Anything would help a lot. Thanks.

88 5.0 Mustang, Flowmaster American Thunder, B&M Hammer Shifter, everything else totally stock. "Piss yellow" as everyone else seems to tell me
