Dome light will not shut off.

Ok I was working on my reverse lights the other night because they are not working. Needless to say they're still not working, but thats a different story. When I finished working on the reverse lights, and putting everything back together, the dome light won't shut off. Anybody have a clue why its doing this? Same with the hatch light, it stays on too. Right now the dome light is unplugged, and the hatch light is too. I can't figure out whats causing this. Its not from the dimmer switch being turned for the dome light to be on. Already checked that one. Anybody have any suggestions as to what may fix this? This one has me stumped.

Did you change or disconnect any wires? If not, then push your door and hatch switches one at a time to see if you have a bad switch.

If you disconnected any wires in your search for the back-up lite problem, recheck for a loose connection upon reassembly.

I don't know if the back-up lites and courtesy lites are on the same circuit. Those engineers can come up with some doozy circuits.
