Lower controll arms!!! Please help

Is there a trick to removing the original lower control arms(1992 lx)? I have the bolts off and have been spraying them with WD40. They still aren`t moving , Im beating on them with a hammer. Nothing. Any help would be great. Thanks

The bolts seize to the rubber bushing which makes them very hard to remove as you have found out.
You can either burn the bushings out with a tourch, which really smells up the garage or you could use a slide hammer.

I think rayniak might be trying to just get the arms out whereas 82GT is telling you how to get the bushings out of the arms once they are removed - right?

Yeah, pretty much although the slide hammer is prolly what you'll end up using to get the arms off and a torch to get the bushings out.
I wanted to upgrade my upper/lower control arms when I swapped in my 8.8 rear but couldn't get them off either and I didn't have time to dick around with them so I kept them on there.......for now.

Most of the time they're a PIA to get off. Keep spraying them with PB Blaster, they'll eventually come loose.

Got the bolts OUT yet? Like the guys said, what exactly are you stuck on?

The hard part about the uppers is that tight area you have to work with. Not a whole lot of room to swing wrenches let alone the weird positions you need to contort yourself into unless you have the luxury of a lift.
